TIGAR Application

This is the Designated REALTOR® membership that will be the main Broker or primary contact for a Real Estate Firm. This membership should only be checked if you are the Broker of Record or Primary contact for the Real Estate Firm. This membership is a 3 way membership with National Association of REALTORS® (N.A.R), California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) and The Inland Gateway Association of REALTORS (TIGAR). Also choose the MLS Designated REALTOR® membership to join and receive access to CRMLS.

This is the REALTOR® membership for New Salespersons and Broker-Associates under a firm. This membership is a 3 way membership with National Association of REALTORS® (N.A.R), California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) and The Inland Gateway Association of REALTORS® (TIGAR). Also choose the MLS REALTOR® membership to join and receive access to CRMLS. 

This membership is a MLS only membership for Licensed Appraisers.

This is the MLS membership for DESIGNATED REALTORS® to receive access to the California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS). This membership should only be checked if you are the Broker of Record or Primary contact for the Real Estate Firm. This membership must also be checked in conjunction with the DESIGNATED REALTOR® membership in order to receive access to the MLS. Note: MLS memberships cannot be added without a valid REALTOR® Membership unless your license is with an MLS Only Broker.

This is the MLS membership for REALTORS® to receive access to the California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS). This membership must also be checked in conjunction with the REALTOR® membership in order to receive access to the MLS. Note: MLS memberships cannot be added without a valid REALTOR® Membership unless your license is with an MLS Only Broker.

A Secondary Designated REALTOR® membership with The Inland Gateway Association of REALTORS®. This membership is for Brokers of Record that hold a primary membership with another association of REALTORS® and wishing to receive benefits and will allow agents a choice to choose TIGAR as their home association. This membership should only be checked if you are the Broker of Record or Primary contact for the Real Estate Firm.

A Secondary REALTOR® membership with The Inland Gateway Association of REALTORS®. This membership is for agents that hold a primary membership with another association of REALTORS® and wishing to receive benefits from TIGAR.
